This opportunity is accountable for developing and executing marketing initiatives that align with company objectives and drives organizational growth. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to further organizational reputation and brand awareness.

Primary Responsibilities
• Partner with senior-level clients on the development of various marketing initiatives and implement plans in alignment with industry best practices and QBE's overall marketing strategy• Identify trends and insights, while making recommendations on optimizing spend and performance• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints• Contribute to the development of effective strategies and solutions for internal clients by collaborating with business unit leaders across the organization to resolve challenges and identify opportunities for continuous improvement regarding sales and marketing• Create marketing materials and presentations for use in business acquisition initiatives to ensure team delivers campaigns to bolster organizational reputation• Mentor department peers by collaboratively reviewing marketing materials and sharing knowledge to foster consistency of department deliverables and alignment with organizational brand• Support the sales process with innovative marketing initiatives and new ideas that will help internal clients deliver on their sales goals• Provide support to overall corporate communications group on key projects and initiatives

Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Required Experience
• 7 years relevant experience

Preferred Experience
• Business to business marketing and advertising or work for a marketing/corporate marketing firm• Increasing levels of responsibility

Preferred Knowledge
• Business and management principles involved in strategic planning• Principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems• Adobe Suite• Microsoft Office Suite• Social media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods; alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media

US Only - Travel Frequency
• Occasional (approximately 5-10 trips annually)

US Only - Physical Demands
• General office jobs: Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is not substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Must be able to operate basic office equipment including telephone, headset and computer. Incumbent must be able to lift basic office equipment up to 20 lbs.
