Our digital storefront often serves as the entry point to a long-term customer relationship with Realtor.com. That's why we're looking for a Lead Product Manager who will dig into the details and help define and deliver a world-class eCommerce experience for our largest customer base: real estate agents and brokers.
What you'll do:
- In concert with your analytics partners, build robust funnel metrics in order to uncover the largest areas of opportunity to improve sales growth
- Collaborate with Revenue and other executive leaders to define a winning vision, strategies to progress towards that vision, and tactics to support your strategy
- Partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to identify and prioritize opportunities and turn them into requirements, designs, and shipped experiences
What you'll bring:
- Vision - An eye for great products, including defining and driving new features with quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- Customer Focus - Comprehend and advocate for the product and our customers; bring strong customer empathy and experience driving product direction and execution based on customer pain points and opportunities.
- Attention to Detail - Raise the team's standards for quality and attention to detail
- Planning - Lead cross-functional participation in planning and execution; direct product development toward the highest-ROI opportunities
- Decisive - Translate ambiguous or conflicting inputs into solid action plans and precise requirements
- Communication Skills - Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate to a wide array of stakeholders - from executive audiences to engineers
- Leadership - Able to unite and steer one or more more teams aligned to the same goal without direct managerial authority
- Education - Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience preferred or equivalent work experience
- Industry Experience - Product management experience at a leading technology company, ideally with eCommerce software experience
- Product Experience - Adopting product management best practices, standards and policies
- Strategic Thinker - Understand business objectives and convert them into clear product plans, and follow through with execution
- Results Oriented - Use hard data to assess opportunities, metrics driven, ruthless in prioritization, overcomes obstacles to drive business outcomes
- Adaptable - Comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives, remain optimistic
