Lead Python Developer

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Python Developer to enhance our forward-thinking team. This pivotal role focuses on engineering and design, particularly leveraging AI/ML technologies to transform server, web, and mobile development and management. Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions aimed at boosting development efficiency, simplifying workflows, and automating routine tasks
• Gather, preprocess, and assess data for model training; apply diverse algorithms and prompting techniques to continually improve model outputs using real-world feedback for superior results
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation that includes prompt strategy, evaluation metrics, AI/ML infrastructure, and detailed implementation processes; proficiently communicate these insights and findings
• Build and maintain robust collaborative relationships with both external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless and unified development efforts
• Pioneer the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methods in AI/ML to enhance integration into ongoing and future projects
• Uphold high standards of code quality and sustainability through meticulous code reviews and adherence to established software development practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development
• At least one year of proven leadership and team management skills
• Deep expertise in designing, implementing, and fine-tuning AI/ML models
• Skilled in Java or Kotlin, facilitating cross-platform development activities
• Proficient in English with exemplary communication skills, maintaining a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud computing platforms for deploying scalable applications
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes to streamline development processes
