What's the role?

As a Lead Software Engineer you have 7+ years of expererience and your role includes:

• Software Development: Develop, code, test, and deploy software components.Investigate and correct software defects.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new technologies and programming languages.
• Database and Cloud Integration: Work with PostgreSQL, SQL, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Automation and Configuration: Create and maintain scripts and configurations for software releases. Develop robust automation scripts.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in agile planning and collaborate with teams to execute test matrices.
• Quality Assurance: Translate user stories into test cases, automate testing, and track defects. Maintain test suites and documentation.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing workflows. Identify and address gaps in requirements and tools.
• Best Practices: Promote best engineering practices and seek continuous improvement.

You are a skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with expertise in:

• Programming Languages: Proficient in Java Scala with additional knowledge of Python.
• Database Knowledge: Understanding of databases, particularly PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS or any cloud platform.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Competent in coding, testing, and deploying software components.
• Automation and Scripting: Skilled in creating and maintaining configurations and scripts for software releases, along with developing robust automation scripts tailored to project needs.
• Agile Methodology: Active participant in agile planning sessions, translating user stories and acceptance criteria into concrete test cases.
• Testing and QA: Masterfully automating diverse testing levels, integrating tools like GitLab, and maintaining automated test suites, plans, and documentation.
