Key Responsibilities:
• Lead small, product focused, scrum team
• Design and develop solutions to complex customer use-cases and issues
• Serve as a technical expert on the design and architecture of new Data Supply Chain platform

• Work closely with other internal teams (e.g. Product, IT, Engineering) to ensure that any product issues are clearly communicated and resolved in upcoming releases.
• Perform root cause analysis for technically complex issues with the goal of resolving the problem
• Provide documentation and training on the use and support new Data Supply Chain platform to other internal teams as necessary

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years experience developing and maintaining applications
• Experience leading small agile development team
• Must have strong development skills in the following areas/languages:
• Python - Required
• Spark - Required
• Kafka or (AWS SNS & SQS) - Required
• SQL - Required
• Cloud Computing - AWS/GCP - Required
• Snowflake - Preferred
• EMR - Preferred
• Must demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem assessment/solving skills
• Experience working with large datasets and manipulating schemas
• Demonstrate ability to build trust and rapport with customers and team members (both inside the immediate team and the wider organization).
• Well organized, disciplined and able to manage time and priorities effectively
• Strong oral and written communication skills; you will write in a clear fashion and be able to articulate complicated interactions in unambiguous terms
