As a Lead Technical Program Manager - Global Technology Transformation in the Corporate Sector - Enterprise Technology team, you will be responsible for the execution and management of strategic technology transformation programs. Your role is pivotal in delivering complex, high-impact projects that align with our business goals. We value strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of technology trends. Your proven track record in managing large-scale technology projects and fostering cross-functional collaboration will be key to your success in this role.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with colleagues as peers and achieve goals without direct control over resources. Ensure the team has the necessary resources, skills, and support to achieve their goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency, in simple and easy to consume manner, tailored to target audience .
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technology transformation initiatives. Implement risk management frameworks to address potential challenges and issue. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes. Address resistance to change and ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, distributed ledger, cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and software development.
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • High proficiency with PowerPoint for executive level documents and Excel based model for program analytics.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies and tools.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
