Now we are seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join our General Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our General Counsel and CEO to provide legal support for the company's operational activities, find solutions to complex legal matters, and assist with implementing compliance with regulatory requirements in Tier-1 regions (USA, EU, UK, etc.).

Your impact:

• Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents;
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company;
• Researching and analysing legal risks in jurisdictions where the company operates, with a focus on North America, Europe and UK);
• Supporting the implementation of legal compliance across different sectors of business operations (data privacy, marketing, payments, consumer rights etc.);
• Communicating with law firms and service providers, ensuring the company’s interests are always represented.

About you:

• 1+ year of relevant experience with a top-tier law firm, Big 4 company or IT product company;
• Fluent English (including basic legal drafting). International certificates such as IELTS/TOEFL will be an advantage;
• Degree from one of the top law universities or faculties in Ukraine. A degree from foreign university will be an advantage;
• Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve complex legal issues;
• Eagerness to learn and develop your legal skills in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent research and analytical skills. High level of critical thinking.
