The Opportunity:

We're looking for a proactive Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead our customer engagement and retention strategies at OfferZen. You'll play a crucial role in optimising our lead to sale conversion rates using in-depth understanding of the customer journey, lead segmentation, and CRM and email marketing tools. You will drive impactful email marketing campaigns that ensure our customers receive personalised, engaging communication throughout their journey with us. You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re a technically-inclined marketing manager with CRM/Email marketing experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive customer lifecycle strategy that aligns with marketing and business goals 
  • Plan, build, and ship email marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing team including bi-weekly newsletters
  • Ensure impeccable list hygiene, segmentation, and sender scores of email campaigns in collaboration with creative, product and data teams. 
  • Create and deliver on an email marketing calendar aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Align strategies with the sales, customer success and product teams to refine lead scoring and optimise outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain a customer lifecycle map, and continuously identify and implement opportunities to optimise conversion with help of the product and product marketing team. 
  • Optimise and expand our CRM channels and tooling to maximise return on investment 
  • Report on and optimise email campaigns to ensure we meet our objectives

Things you’ll build, maintain and ship:

  • Expanded CRM strategy and channel mix
  • Customer journey map (B2C and B2B) 
  • Quarterly email marketing calendar and plan 
  • Email marketing campaigns and bi-weekly newsletters 
  • Email marketing performance reports and documentation
  • HubSpot workflows and templates
  • Segmentation strategies and lists 

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Track record in developing and deploying effective email campaigns and direct marketing campaigns for consumer-facing brands which include leveraging analytics to enhance email performance (Open rate, CTR, etc.).
  • 3+ years experience using CRM and email marketing platforms. Proficiency in HubSpot and Customer.io is a plus. 
  • Experience in Google Sheets and SQL for data analysis and segmentation purposes.
  • Experience managing trigger campaigns and customer lifecycle programs.

Desired skills:

  • Strong technical skills including HTML and API knowledge for customisation and integration purposes.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer segmentation and journey mapping.
  • Strong copywriting skills 
  • Ability to translate insights into personalised customer experiences that drive lead generation, engagement and retention.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • You’re comfortable learning new tools and digging into product documentation to become an expert at your tooling stack. 
  • Proficiency in data management, data analysis and data governance principles.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
