ABOUT THE ROLE:
Regal is helping contact centers shift from focusing on cost-saving to becoming revenue drivers. As part of this movement, we have seen major success using in-person and virtual events to meet new prospects, accelerate deal cycles, and build community with existing customers. We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will own these channels and grow them substantially. This person will own the full P&L for these channels, will work cross-functionally across the Sales, Rev Ops, Marketing, and Design teams to help achieve ambitious goals, and to help build the Regal brand and community. Over the next year, we anticipate doubling the marketing and sales team, so it’s an exciting time. This position reports to the VP, Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage Regal’s annual events strategy, schedule, and P&L
- Work cross-functionally internally and externally to execute events and sponsorships
- Work with the marketing and design teams to create positioning, exclusive content and assets for events
- Create and test new types of events
- Build a community of Regal proponents and amplify the Regal brand/voice
- Work with existing partners to develop joint events and build relationships with new partners
- Research conference opportunities to identify those that are a good fit for Regal; negotiate and close sponsorship deals accordingly
- Drive lead gen and revenue by working closely with the sales and customer success team on pre-event lead gen, at-conference activity, and post-event follow-ups
- Work with the Rev Ops team to track and analyze conference activity and performance
ABOUT YOU:
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing at a fast-growth B2B SaaS company
- Experience with in-person and virtual events, including conference sponsorship
- Successful track record of working with B2B sales organizations to build and deliver lead gen results
- Proven experience in planning, procuring, and executing all aspects of conferences, including site selection, contract negotiations, stakeholder communications, booth build, branding, etc
- Demonstrated experience working with marketing and design teams
POSITION LOCATION & OFFICES:
This position is only available in New York City.
We have offices in NYC (HQ- NoMad) & Boston (Downtown/Financial). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F. Covid protocols and vaccination policy in place.
