Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Track & trace shipment, and interface with carrier agents and customs brokers to resolve service and other issues. 
  • Support the selection and execution of cost-effective and timely transportation requirements and prepare appropriate customs documentation and shipping information. 
  • RFQ(Request for quotation ) responses and logistics requirements for the new business opportunities. 
  • Collaboration with internal team and external partner in the preparation of white-glove logistics supports, administering and monitoring of all matters related to support activity. 
  • Support Yubico Enterprise Delivery-related assignments, and ensure delivery efficiency with the cost under budget. 
  • Generate, administer and maintain Global Logistics & Trade Compliance SOPs/ SWIs (Standard operating procedure / Standard work instructions). 
  • Provide in-house logistics guidance and training, and update the FAQ as needed. 
  • Maintain and manage Yubico's internal logistics site, which serves as the single source of truth of logistics-related activities. 
  • Maintain logistics provider data for cost and process improvements, and ensure its accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and processes on import and export transactions.
  • Attend QBR meetings with carriers 
  • Implementation of new solutions with external partner
  • Perform basic troubleshooting

Skills & Experience:

  • Attention to detail
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
  • Discipline to execute company’s best practices in security and privacy
  • You may need to lift up to 12 kg
  • Prior experience working in a production environment is preferred 
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish

Other Duties

  • This position is based in Yubico’s Stockholm office.
  • Such other duties as may be assigned or agreed to by the Manager, Logistics and Trade Compliance
  • Somewhat regular travel may be required to Yubico offices, customer sites, conferences, and company functions.
