Job Description Summary

This is a full-time on-site role as a Logistics Project Manager with GE Vernova based out of Taipei. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project logistics, managing budgets, communicating with stakeholders, and utilizing strong analytical and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Involves strategically designing and executing transportation plans to support GE Gas Power Projects.
• Develop end-to-end logistics solutions, managing logistics costs within budget, overseeing project milestones, and ensuring safety and quality KPIs are met. The role also requires managing project risks, leading teams, and providing technical and analytical expertise.
• Play a key role in driving logistics strategies for GE Gas Power Projects.
• Responsible for developing and executing transportation plans, ensuring on-time delivery of goods, and managing logistics costs within budget constraints.

• Direct management of staff, project planning, risk management, and milestone tracking. Additionally, the manager must coordinate with team members and stakeholders to meet project objectives and KPIs, while also handling budget management, reporting, and communication planning project planning, risk management, and milestone tracking.

• Bachelor's degree, at least six (6) years of industrial project management experience, and strong communication and project management skills
• Analytical Skills and Project Management expertise
• Strong Communication abilities
• Experience in Budgeting and Logistics Management
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in logistics is a plus

• Strong logistics experience and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Being good at conversing and communicating well in Mandarin language
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, along with excellent communication skills.
• A proactive attitude with strong negotiation and project management skills.
• Experience with RFQ implementation, transportation management systems, and optimization of transportation processes.
