Logistics Specialist

The Logistics Specialist coordinates the warehouse operations in the Republic of Kazakhstan and is responsible for the successful distribution of the company's products and makes every effort to ensure that patients receive therapy on time.

This is achieved through the following duties:

- Supervision of the logistics operations (including customs clearance, import operations and inbound logistics) on the market.

- Validation and audit of the Logistics service provider

- Implementation of control over document flow for incoming and outgoing operations with medicines in the company's warehouse.

- Work distribution among the company's warehouse employees

- Monitoring the work of employees of the company's warehouse for goods acceptance, proper placement, storage distribution of the goods

- Coordination of the work of employees of the company's warehouse on the rational movement of incoming and shipped goods.

- Organization of strict adherence to internal labor regulations, fire safety and labor protection.

- Bringing to the employees the content of documents regulating pharmaceutical activities, orders, instructions governing their activities, as well as other necessary information.

- Organization and conduct of planned and unscheduled stock counts of the inventory.

- Ensuring compliance with the established rules for the stock count of the inventory.

- Systematic trainings to improve qualification, enhancement, and optimization of the management style & methods.

- Constant increase of the professional level

- Ensuring the timely and reliable execution of all provided reporting and other working documentation.

- Guided in his/her work with regulatory documents, standards and established in the Company.

- Oversee the development and continues improvement of appropriate third-party logistics service provider and interfaces.

- Monitors LSP operational performance against agreed service levels and implement required corrective actions when deviations occur keeping the focus on maintaining customers satisfaction.

The following skills and qualifications are required to perform work:

- Specialty: Higher Pharmaceutical Education, work experience at the pharmacy warehouse

- Qualification requirements: organizational abilities, computer literacy

- Legislative and other regulatory legal acts on pharmaceutical activities

- Legislative and other legal acts, provisions, instructions, other local regulatory acts governing the accounting and financial activities of the Company.

- Proficient in English is a must

- SAP knowledge is a plus.

Заместитель руководителя аптечного склада Пфайзер координирует работу склада на территории Республики Казахстан и отвечает за успешную дистрибьюцию лекарственных препаратов компании и прикладывает все усилия для того, чтобы пациенты получали терапию вовремя.

Достигается это посредством выполнения следующих обязанностей:

- Курирование логистических операций (включая таможенную очистку, операции по импорту и внутреннюю логистику) на рынке.

- Валидация и аудит поставщиков логистических услуг.

- Осуществление контроля документооборота по входящим и исходящим операциям с препаратами на складе компании.

- Распределение работы между сотрудниками склада компании.

- Контроль работы сотрудников склада компании по приемке, правильному размещению и хранению товаров и их отпуску.

- Осуществление координации работы сотрудников склада компании по рациональному движению поступающего и отгружаемого товара.

- Организация строгого соблюдения правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, пожарной безопасности и охраны труда.

- Доведение до сведения сотрудников содержания документов, регламентирующих фармацевтическую деятельность, приказов, инструкций, регламентирующих их деятельность, а также другую необходимую информацию.

- Организация и проведение плановых и внеплановых инвентаризаций товарно-материальных ценностей.

- Обеспечение соблюдений установленных правил проведения инвентаризации товарно-материальных ценностей.

- Систематическое повышение квалификации, совершенствование и оптимизация стиля и методов руководства.

- Постоянное повышение своего профессионального уровня.

- Обеспечение своевременного и достоверного оформления всей предусмотренной отчетности и иной рабочей документации.

- Руководствуется в своей работе нормативными документами, стандартами и установленным в компании.

- Осуществлять надзор за развитием и постоянным совершенствованием сторонних поставщиков логистических услуг и интерфейсов.

- Контролирует операционную эффективность LSP в соответствии с согласованными KPI и применяет необходимые корректирующие действия при возникновении отклонений, уделяя особое внимание поддержанию удовлетворенности клиентов.

Для выполнения работы требуются следующие навыки и квалификация:

- специальность: высшее фармацевтическое образование, стаж работы на аптечном складе

- квалификационные требования: организаторские способности, компьютерная грамотность.

- законодательные и иные нормативные правовые акты по вопросам фармацевтической деятельности.

- законодательные и иные нормативно-правовые акты, положения, инструкции, другие локальные нормативные акты, регламентирующие бухгалтерскую и финансово-экономическую деятельность Предприятия;

- знание английского языка обязательно

- навык работы в SAP как плюс
