Mail Room

This is an onsite position at our Long Beach, CA facility

Candidate must be able to work in a volume driven, fast paced, environment. It is necessary to complete tasks in accordance with client guidelines and in a quick and efficient manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The principal duties for the Sorter include, but are not limited to:• Identify and separate mail according to procedural guidelines• Perform electronic indexing if necessary• Scan processed documents: verify quality and content• Box scanned documents for storage and safekeeping• Follow all HIPAA guidelines

JOB REQUIREMENTS:• Must have an excellent attention to detail• Must be able to type 38-40 wpm with 95% accuracy• Must be able to lift 5-20 lbs• Must be able to multi-task• Must be able to work until all mail has been processed• Must be able to maintain our high standards of quality and production• Must be able to comply with our attendance and punctuality policy
