We are currently on the lookout for experienced management consultants to join our financial services team. If you want to work as a management consultant helping our financial services clients succeed with their most important challenges, this may be your chance. Our projects include e.g. business innovation, top-line growth and profitability, risk management, digitalisation, sustainability and business transformations as well as successful adaptation of new regulations.

What you will be doing

Joining us, you will be crucial in building our presence and services towards the Swiss market alongside assisting banks, insurance companies, asset managers, life and pension companies and fintechs in a wide variety of areas.

Depending on seniority, your role will be balanced between new business development and project delivery.

You can expect to be involved in projects relating to one or more of the following subject areas (depending on your area of expertise and interests):

• Business strategy
• Sustainability strategy and transformations
• Growth, customer experience and innovation
• Digitalisation, business and IT transformation
• Operations and performance management
• Risk management, regulatory and compliance services

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for senior management consultants (5+ years) at various levels with a strong track record of business development and handling complex problems in the financial sector who:

• Have senior experience in financial services and/or a leading management consultancy firm working in this industry.
• Have a proven track record from sales/creating leads and converting that into business/client projects and commercial networks in Swiss financial services to generate business from.
• Are self-driven and have a proven ability to lead project teams consisting of client employees and consultants.
• Have the personality and skill set to collaborate with clients at all levels of the organisation.
• Are eager to create business results for our financial services clients and thrive in a collaborative approach to the execution of change.
• Are fluent in English and German, written and spoken is a must.
• Hold a master’s degree and a permit to work in Switzerland.
• Embrace diversity.
