Key Responsibilities:Â
- Lead a high-performing marketing team to deliver exceptional results.Â
- Strong knowledge of content strategy for B2B. Â
- Ability to manage budgets and provide on budget programs. Â
- Ability to lead and motivate marketing team members to be high performing content developers. Â
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various management levels across the organization.  Â
- Strong content writing skills  Â
- Exceptional verbal and written skills are required with a wide range of levels up to and including “C” level personnel Â
- Ability to work with SME’s and distill technical insights into marketing messages Â
- Proactively identify content gaps and opportunities and engage resources to create needed content Â
- Ability to lead content related projects, ensuring timeline/project plan is met and communicating with SMEs as needed Â
- Ability to maximize content through internal and external channels Â
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects  Â
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns leveraging internal and external resources.Â
- Contribute to the development of various marketing materials, including webpages, social media content, emails, newsletters, infographics, blogs, and videos.Â
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead lists and email campaigns.Â
- Manage agencies and partners to execute marketing programs effectively.Â
Skills Required:Â

Experience Required:Â
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing/content/campaign management.Â
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing.Â
- Experience working with various levels of management and subject matter experts.Â
- Experience in project management and meeting publishing deadlines.Â
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Â
Preferred Experience:Â
- Experience with project management software, Wrike preferred.Â
- Knowledge of SEO, marketing analytics, or basic HTML/web publishing.Â
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.Â
- Proficiency in social media applications and metrics. Â
Education:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or relevant field; or equivalent experience.Â
