About the Role
The Manager of Customer Relationship Marketing is responsible for ensuring the health and optimization of our customer and member lifecycle via EWC's owned channels (email, SMS, app, direct mail). This role is essential to EWC as it contributes to the overall strategic development of both loyalty and non-loyalty members by engaging customers throughout their waxing lifecycle.
A Day in the Life
This individual will be responsible for revising and enhancing EWC's customer communications and engagement strategy. They will own lifecycle marketing within owned media channels, making recommendations on creative and messaging cadence. This position will have 1 direct report, Customer Marketing Specialist.

- Uses resources effectively to generate solutions; takes initiative when resolving problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills
- Deep understanding of CRM/data structures and how they work together to create comprehensive and effective customer journeys
- Use marketing automation and channel nurturing to engage and convert prospects, customers, and members across their waxing journey
- Comfortable with using customer segmentation and data synthesis to accomplish business objectives
- Ability to consult on across the funnel customer journey analysis & execute against data insights (Customer360 data and KPI's including target, conversion, and optimization)
Education and Experience
- 5-7 years of demonstrated experience executing and managing data-driven customer relationship marketing programs
