Responsibilities include:
Responsible for the coordinating the necessary windows for facilities with program liaisons
* Works directly with engineers, project managers and maintenance techs to understand their job plans/PMs/necessary repairs and ensure facilities has necessary windows and program/ESHM/Fire Dept requirements satisfied so work can be completed
* Understanding the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts to coordinate windows and seize project tie in opportunities
* Assist with developing partnership with all programs on site
* Review upcoming forecasts with the planners and leads and develop a communication plan for our customers and internal stakeholders
* Create an annual list of upcoming electrical, water, natural gas and air outages and plan 5 years out using Maximo (CMMS), contractor records, and engineering recommendations
* Incorporate repairs and corrective maintenance in planning and scheduling discussions
* Review the risk database and create a heat map for all programs to understand the state of the infrastructure and supporting systems, the need for maintenance windows, and partner with them to assist in gaining Capital for replacement or enhancement to better support program manufacturing needs
* Track training and requirements to ensure we have all the skillsets required to perform the task prior to assigning
* Support shutdown and project planning. Working with cross functional teams to organize and plan singular and site shutdowns
* Responsible for the accuracy and reliability of Maximo for the Palmdale sites
* Identify and capture all asset data and provide NG asset tags for Maximo tracking
* Assist with developing LRSP for replacements and major services
* Review and enhance asset data to ensure the composite index and LRSP information is automated where possible
* Review findings on all work orders for doors. Create failure codes and critical record review triggers to ensure Maximo is tracking the asset failures and we are proactively raising concerns when issues arise that could impact downtime to the program or site
* Create, manage and complete Technician feedback. Follow through on adding and contributing to equipment and system discussions to risk ledgers, creating CM for contractor work
* Collaborating with the contract coordinators and Business Management to track and plan for reoccurring maintenance activities, increasing duty cycles, and new equipment / systems
* Responsible for the accuracy and reliability of Maximo for the Palmdale sites
* Identify and track major maintenance milestones
* Attend project review meetings to have line of sight for incoming growth/expansion, direct interface and response for new assets and systems, take action to collaborate with project managers, leads and engineering on items impacting the maintenance and sustainment of infrastructure and production assets/systems. Meet with PM's for all new incoming assets to document hand-off and work with engineering to review duty cycles and equipment specifications to develop a robust maintenance program for the health of the asset/system
* Meet with your teams bi-weekly to understand workload, opportunities, risks, and help aspects
* Responsible for monitoring and managing contracts for separate vendors
* Responsible for analyzing and inspecting invoices associated with any vendors
* Responsible for ordering rental equipment to support maintenance and emergency requests
* Will negotiate, extend and close out various types of contracts
* Responsible for inspecting any proposals for new contractor relationships
* Works closely with Business Management to properly maintain funding and oversee invoice status
* Develop, implement, integrate & manage common processes and tools across the facilities organization
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with 7 years of relevant experience OR a Masters Degree with 5 years of relevant experience
* Experience managing teams and achieving organization objectives, goals, and metrics
* Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the business
* Strong Microsoft 365 Office Suite skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project

Salary Range: $117,600 - $176,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
