Job Description

The Manager, of Financial Analysis and Planning is integral to the planning, analysis, and reporting for Raffles Hotels and Resorts. Reporting to the VP of finance with a dotted line to CEO, this role provides the unique opportunity to forecast revenue, analyze business performance, manage budget and forecast cycles, and create presentations to senior management. Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Monthly financial reporting
  • Compile rolling forecast and annual business plans
  • Assist operational management with demand and capacity planning
  • Enhance and monitor key operational metrics
  • Generate Excel-based planning models to assist the Senior Leadership team with tactical decision-making
  • Assist Global Finance organization with all related reporting needs, ad-hoc reconciliation requests, and data support
  • Business performance reports & analysis 
  • Build Financial models using Excel, Hyperion, OneStream, and large datasets to identify financial risk and opportunity and provide accurate financial Forecasts. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors' or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, MBA is a plus
  • A minimum of 7 years of FP&A related experience, experience in diagnostics company and corporate FP&A is a plus
  • CPA License preferred
  • Ability to think creatively and quickly with minimal direction and information.
  • Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and financial modeling abilities.
  • Data-oriented and consultative problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong finance and Accounting skills

Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Must Legally be authorized to work in the United States

  • Salary Range: $ 70,000-130,000
