The Opportunity

This position works onsite out of our Maple Grove MN location in the Medical Devices Division. Our medical devices help more than 10,000 people have healthier hearts, improve quality of life for thousands of people living with chronic pain and movement disorders, and liberate more than 500,000 people with diabetes from routine fingersticks.

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis activities to identify risks and opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the organization's short and long-term financial goals.

What You’ll Work On

• Manage the most complex, large, or difficult analysis projects, evaluate findings, prepare reports and make recommendations to senior management about the financial implications of proposed investments and transactions.
• Contribute to the development of financial strategies for a division or operating unit that align with the organization's overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives.
• Establish and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with the external financial community.
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of financial professionals to ensure financial planning and analysis projects are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance, Business Administration or similar discipline
• Minimum of 7 years combined experience in Finance in the above areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s/MBA degree or CPA preferred.

• Strong Excel and enterprise system skills, Power BI experience is a plus.

The base pay for this position is

$95,000.00 – $190,000.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
