We are looking for a Culture, Organizational Development, & Communications professional.

Title and comp will be based on experience and competency level.

Job duties

ยท Contribute to the development of a robust culture through role modelling Tiger values and the behaviors which drive this culture

ยท Foster an inclusive work environment where every team member feels valued for their contributions, while upholding the organization's development brand

ยท Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance

ยท Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies, programs and workshops designed to enhance employee engagement, driving a high-performance organization aligned with our core values

ยท Recognizes and integrates best practices and key learnings into designing and executing various development initiatives, action plans, programs, and training resources

ยท Design and lead initiatives including research and diagnostics (e.g. annual employee engagement survey and exit interviews), to maximize the engagement of all employees and build organizational commitment to the desired culture

ยท Assessing the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction

ยท Offer coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development topics, such as performance management and career growth

ยท Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed to support organizational development initiatives

ยท Work in partnership with Tigers internal teams on effective internal communications in support of organizational development

ยท Develop internal communications strategies,protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale & that builds brand recognition and employee satisfaction

ยท Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals and manage release dates for recurring publications & newsletters

ยท Implement companyโ€™s communication plan in order to increase brand awareness and communicate brand value to both internal and external stakeholders

ยท Enhance the organization's human resources offerings by planning, implementing, and evaluating a wide range of HR policies, programs, and practices, while overseeing the administration of key HR functions such as compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, as well as initiatives focused on productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training development

ยท Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

ยท 8+ years of work experience in Human Resources

ยท Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in human resources, business administration, or other related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

ยท Strong presentation and communication skills

ยท Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

ยท Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of HR

ยท Collaborative approach across the organization to maximize outcomes

ยท Must be willing to work in Europe & US Time Zone

ยท Comfortable working in a remote first environment with a globally distributed team

ยท Strong data and analytics skills using Excel and google docs, etc.

ยท Ability to navigate across different HR tools platforms

ยท Strong project management skills
