About your role:

We seek a Manager, Learning, and Development to join our virtual team. You will interface daily with the People and Culture team and regularly with internal customers - understanding their development needs, providing development opportunities, and assessing the value of development provided. You will serve as the SME for learning and development within the organization.

Your team:

The People & Culture team aims to elevate the team member experience at Givelify. You will collaborate with members across the organization and help them excel in their roles. This position reports to the VP of People & Culture.


You’ll get to:

  • Meet with leaders throughout Givelify to conduct Learning & Development needs assessments
  • Create, implement, and communicate learning and development goals and action plans to align with company goals
  • Prioritize, develop, and deliver learning and development programs to meet identified needs
  • Conduct Givelify’s new employee onboarding program, making improvements in alignment with industry best practices
  • Coach others who deliver training
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives
  • Track all learning and development across the organization
  • Establish a network with outside professionals to deliver development opportunities
  • Participate in organizational change efforts
  • Provide assistance in developing career paths throughout the company
  • Attend to your own learning and development needs to stay up to date on the latest trends and be your best self in this role

Your experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Adult Learning or a related field
  • 5+ years designing and implementing employee development programs
  • Proven technical experience in using LMS and Camtasia or other training course software to design and implement training courses
  • Proven ability using a variety of multimedia training methods in a remote work environment
  • Certification in one of the following preferred: CPLP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHR
  • 2 years of experience building and implementing career paths are preferred
