About the Role

As our Manager of Marketing Operations at Industrious, you'll take a pivotal central role in the reimagination of our digital tech stack supporting our Sales and Marketing teams. Over the course of the next year, we will be onboarding a new system for email and marketing automations alongside exploration of the appropriate tech stack to support the long term growth goals of Industrious.

Your role will require a breadth of skills. We will need you to have a focus on cross-functional partnership to engage with our Digital Product and Sales teams, a natural curiosity of the complex nature of our existing business and a passion for problem solving.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have proven experience in both managing business-as-usual Marketing Operations functions while innovating for the future, onboarding new MarTech platforms with deep CRM integrations and a desire to be the best at what you do.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Process Optimization:
    • Evaluate and improve marketing workflows, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Partner with Digital Product, Marketing, Sales and Analytics teams to RFP and onboard an expanded tech stack designed for stronger ABM opportunities, better tracking and ease of use
    • Streamline and automate marketing processes, such as lead generation, lead nurturing, and campaign execution.
    • Able to think in terms of short and long lead cycles as our audiences vary
  • Marketing Technology Management:
    • Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technology platforms and tools, such as email marketing, analytics (Tableau/Datorama), CRM, data enrichment or other ABM platforms.
    • Have the ability to both diagnose and solve problems in the systems
    • Provide training and support to Marketing, Member Comms and Operations teams on the effective use of marketing technology.
  • Campaign Execution and Analysis:
    • Build and execute marketing automations to help drive towards company revenue goals and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with Marketing teams to execute consistent and impactful outbound marketing campaigns to promote product, conversion of potential new members and engaging with diverse audience segments.
    • Monitor campaign performance and conduct data analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
    • Identify key insights and trends from marketing data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular data analysis to identify areas for optimization and growth opportunities.
    • Manage the Attribution modeling for our funnel and ensure a consistent and scalable is executed and maintained across Marketing, Operations and Sales teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Be a team player willing to work with other teams with shared goals to deliverable favorable outcomes

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably in B2B industries (SaaS, CRE, Marketing, Flexible Office Space, etc)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce) and other marketing technology tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Datorama) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts is a plus.

Compensation:

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $110,000 and $125,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications. You will also be eligible for a 12.5% annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
