Who we are
The Global Performance Marketing team is focused on driving profitable member acquisition growth through a data-informed, full-funnel approach. We are at a pivotal point in our company's weight health journey, with the emergence of GLP-1s. With WW's recent acquisition of Sequence, we are looking for a passionate, versatile, growth-minded marketer to play a critical role in building and implementing the holistic growth strategy; with the goal to establish WW Clinical as the choice in an emerging multi-billion dollar GLP1 & telehealth industry.
What you will do
You are a skilled, versatile growth hacker acting as the all-knowing glue across acquisition-focused marketing levers (paid & organic) and partnering cross-functionally to drive an iterative testing agenda to exceed WW Clinical targets. Complementing this strategic role, you will be hands-on keyboard across paid media channels, responsible for end-to-end campaign management and optimization. You will work closely with Channel Leads to benefit from overarching WW tests/best practices, influence creative strategies based on real-time insight, as well as play a central role in WW Clinical forecasting.
  • Oversee WW Clinical's growth marketing efforts, partnering with the Head of Global Performance Marketing and respective channel owners to develop forecasts, optimize presence throughout the funnel, and hit business targets.
  • Alongside Head of Global Performance Marketing, develop rolling 12 month growth roadmap, clearly outlining path towards achieving company targets
  • Project manage holistic workstreams to ensure continual progress, consistent messaging, and effective knowledge sharing across tactics.
  • Lead weekly cross-functional status meetings with clear next steps & owners.
  • Directly execute and optimize paid media investment (hands-on keyboard), including but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, optimizing toward profitability targets (cLTV:CAC), and operating in a channel agnostic manner.
  • In partnership with channel leaders, identify new marketing opportunities as additive to on-going efforts (e.g. paid strategies/net new tactics, email flows, influencers, new landing pages, promotions, etc) & test into them, continuously.
  • Closely collaborate with Performance Creative team, maintaining a continual feedback loop on creative performance and contributing to ongoing briefs/ iterations.
  • Work collaboratively with CRM and Site Marketing teams to influence strategy, testing & optimization opportunities, diving in more tactically as needed.
  • Maintain fluid communication with Sequence operations to anticipate and monitor demand spikes and/or any geo/availability concerns.
  • Be well-versed & continually up to date on regulatory requirements, as it relates to medical media targeting, messaging, typicalities, etc.
  • As needed, liaise with non-marketing cross functional partners to improve performance or solve blockages e.g. legal, customer care, operations, product.
  • Stay on top of category trends & news, elevating relevant findings to appropriate teams.

Who you are
  • At least 5 years of relevant marketing and paid media experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, telehealth and/or healthcare industries
  • Player-coach mentality, easily adapting to tactical vs. strategic work & discussions
  • Extremely versatile, being able to dive into tactical details/implementation, and zoom out as necessary - across a variety of marketing touchpoints.
  • Hands on experience within at least 1-2 media channel platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, etc); 1+ preferred
  • Experience in performance marketing environments, specifically operating towards contribution goals, namely CLTV:CAC and/or ROAS
  • Comfortable interacting with executive leadership across a broad range of media topics within a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with data analytics and tools (Looker, Rockerbox, Google Suite)
  • Adept at ad-hoc data mining & analysis, to support queries surrounding performance trends, forecasts and insight generation

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary $110,000/yr to $120,000/yr
