We’re looking for a Manager of People Operations with a proven track record of success to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our General Counsel, this role leads a small HR team and will manage and scale HR operations as we grow. This role requires a scrappy demeanor, an enthusiasm for building systems, a strong attention to detail, and comfort working within a high-growth environment. This is a results-driven position that will build the foundation for an extraordinary work experience for colleagues and offices around the world.
What You’ll Do
Develop/assist with employee onboarding, including administration and orientation, and off boarding, creating processes for departuresÂ
Provide ongoing coaching to managers on proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster a positive work environment
Investigate internal complaints, manage all employee relations issues
Track and coordinate variable compensation plansTrack employee turnover trends and headcount reporting
Create effective analytical tools and reports to analyze employee information
Develop and implement activities to foster employee engagement
Assist in bi-annual compensation review and benchmarking cycles
Assist with year-end performance reviewsAssist with implementing internal learning & development programs, ensuring compliance with state and federally mandated trainings
Manage accommodation and leave requests
Compile EEO reportsDrive benefits offering and annual renewal cycles
Who You Are
Solid understanding of safety issues with a minimum of 4+ years experience managing HR Operations functions
Diversified knowledge and application of HR processes and programs such as organization development, organizational change, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and training
Experience with Rippling HRIS is required
Experience in startup culture, high learnability, and ability to manage change
Excellent interpersonal skillsHigh degree of ownership & accountability
Self managed with ability to plan and prioritize with limited oversight
Proven track record of scaling operations in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment
Detail-oriented with executive maturity, business acumen, and the ability to influence and communicate within all levels of the organization
A team player who’s willing to get their hands dirty and help where neededÂ
Strong analytical skills, including working with large data sets to identify and solve business problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
