Manager, Product Management - Network Solutions & Switching

OVERVIEW:

This role is part of a fast-growing team with product management responsibility for Mastercard's global card payments network. The network is the company's core strategic asset, directly driving revenue and providing the platform for our other key services.

Role:

The role will be part of regional Network Solutions and Switching team which is responsible for growth of Mastercard's domestic and cross border switching business in EEMEA. This team is also responsible for rolling out new services on top of core switching network of Mastercard.

• The person in this role will work directly with the EEMEA region network solutions and switching lead and support the switching penetration growth initiatives across EEMEA region, focusing on Solutioning for domestic switching and localization regulations.
• This role will also be responsible for working with account managers and country teams on large switching deals with F.Is and domestic switches.
• Engaging with large F.Is in select markets for ONUS Switching deals.
• Identifying opportunities to better monetize the existing switching capabilities of the Mastercard network.
• The role will also work with colleagues from network solutions and switching team to identify opportunities and deliver projects for "Touch more transactions" opportunities where Mastercard is prohibited from processing/switching domestic transactions.
• Productizing new solutions by taking them through Mastercard's product commercialization process, working with cross functional teams on pricing strategy, support structure, delivery process and better marketing of the products both internally and externally.

ALL ABOUT YOU:

Key Skills:

1.Subject matter expert in cards and payments domain with experience of requirements management and solutions architecture.
2.Expert in topics of single and dual message processing for authorizations-clearing and settlement
3.Good understanding of switching technology landscape, domestic switching regulations in different parts of EEMEA region (Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe)
4.Good techno functional presentations skills.
5.Prior experience with regional product management roles from point of view of product GTM process, pricing will be an advantage
6.Being able to use existing assets and products to solve for new problem statements using creative solutioning.
