Job Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities
Lead and drive the regional warranty organization to improve performance metrics and reduce field risk
Lead the regional warranty center team for root causing of Level 2 analysis and follow up on Level 3 analysis
Maintain visibility and resolve product safety topics collaborating with Manufacturing Locations and R&D
Additional Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new program readiness for analysis in the region.
- Reduce NTF cases in warranty
- Support Manufacturing Locations in warranty cost reduction and technical factor negotiations
- Collaborate with R&D in the update of analysis flows and tools to reduce need for analysis levels 2 or 3
- Ensure structured problem solving is used in the investigations and resolution of issues
Who we are looking for
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
Experience
- At least 7 years experience in electronics automotive systems warranty mangament
- At least 7 years experience with North American, European or Asian OEM warranty processes and warranty tools
- Proven experience with Structured problem solving of complex autmotive electronics systems
- At least 5 years experience as Manager or leading cross functional teams
- Proven negotiation skills with business partners and OEMs
Your preferred qualifications
- Red X Problem Solving certification
- Cross functional experience in manufacturing or R&D (Product Engineering areas), including systems testing
- Knowledge of CQI 14
