About this Position
This employee directly manages the Trade Review Principals responsible for evaluating new business applications and subsequent transactions on existing accounts along with their support analysts. This encompasses our Platform, Outside Funds, 529s, Annuity, and Managed Account products. The employee is responsible for performing management level trade review functions when dictated by business requirements. They monitor workflow, productivity and quality measures to ensure equal contribution from employees and coordinates planning and work efforts between these workflows as required. Provides coaching and performance management, communicates promotions, and conducts disciplinary actions, demotions or terminations. This manager assists with employee relations, problem solving and resolution. They must analyze incoming work and provide appropriate feedback and recommendations to senior management as well as coordinate and contribute to testing efforts and research required by external departments such as Legal, Compliance, or Business Assessment.
The estimated salary range for this role is: 70K-80K
Responsibilities & Qualifications

Meets with regulators and interprets suitability results for trades requested by FINRA and / or SEC during audits.
- The employee will keep his/her knowledge current regarding changes in the products, including regulatory changes and areas of sensitivity of the regulators. Meets with regulators and interprets suitability results for trades requested by FINRA and / or SEC during audits.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of Securities products and PFSI.
- Must be highly motivated, able to work independently, analyze and make decisions.Â
- FINRA SIE, Series 6, 26, 51 are all required. Series 51 may be obtained with a learning agreement.
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
