The GE Aerospace facility in Madisonville, KY produces a mix of more than 800 unique High Pressure Turbine Blades and Nozzles in support of 37 aircraft engine programs.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Production and prototype Tool Management
- Standard Work development and/or improvements
- Machine programming and program offsets for production machines
- Cycle time Analysis for process improvements using Lean strategies
- Driving Root Cause and Corrective Actions for your production lines
- Daily Management on providing information concerning your production lines performance
- Integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
- Resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing and/ or Manufacturing Engineering Specialist experience)

The base pay range for this position is $75,500 - $94,300. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on January 24, 2025.
