Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the marketing team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring proper documentation, and assisting with event-day social media content. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to capture and share engaging social media stories in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

System & Document Support

• Maintain and organize marketing documents, reports, and databases.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing of marketing materials.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other marketing-related documentation.

Administrative Tasks

• Handle daily administrative duties to support the marketing team.
• Coordinate internal and external communications related to marketing activities.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, tracking budgets, and managing marketing inventory (e.g., promotional materials, event supplies).

Event-Day Social Media Content

• Capture and create engaging Instagram Stories, Reels, and social media posts during events.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align content with the brand’s tone and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.
• Ability to create real-time content with a good eye for detail.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canvas.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
