Marketing Coordinator - Contract

To complement our rapid growth, we are actively looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This individual will work cross functionally with various stakeholders to better position our brand online while driving demand for the products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage paid social programs including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
• Complete weekly reporting of programs and suggest optimizations
• Develop ad copy and ad creative in Canva
• Optimize copy and creative to increase effectiveness
• Manage budgets and report to sr. stakeholders of program success and learnings
• Execute A/B tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to maximum ROAS
• Work with sales, operations and other stakeholders to drive ROAS and create new programs, campaigns, and creative ways to align and support
• Keep pace with marketing industry trends and developments monitor competitors and analyze listing and programs for ad insights and positioning
• Strategize and develop new opportunities for marketing campaigns
• Manage and run campaign working team meetings
• Manage communication with Sales Teams
• Devise a campaign timeline and execute campaign effectively, on schedule and on budget
• Report all metrics on campaign and make recommendations for future campaigns
• Working with Ops on Campaign reporting – Gatekeeper of salesforce campaigns

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience managing campaigns and paid and email marketing channels
• Proven success managing campaign progression and working with teams PPL, PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Yahoo, YouTube, Google Display, Facebook, twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and software review site
• B.S. in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent work experience
• Experience with, Marketo, Salesforce, and Conversica, Asana
• Creative thinker who can create and optimize copy and landing pages to align with
• company-wide strategic directives
• AdWords certified - strongly preferred
• Experience with bid management tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with SFDC, Domo, Discover.Org, instapage
• Photoshop experience a plus
