Sous la responsabilité du directeur du marketing, le chef de projet marketing et créatif jouera un rôle essentiel dans la supervision et l'exécution des campagnes marketing, des projets créatifs et des initiatives de marque. Le candidat idéal comblera le fossé entre la stratégie marketing et l'exécution créative, en assurant une coordination harmonieuse entre les différentes équipes et la livraison rapide des campagnes.
1. Planification et coordination de projets : Diriger la planification, le développement et l’exécution de campagnes marketing et de projets créatifs, y compris les initiatives numériques, imprimées et sur les réseaux sociaux.
2. Briefs créatifs et rédaction : Élaborez des briefs créatifs détaillés pour garantir que l'équipe créative comprenne la portée, les objectifs et les attentes de chaque projet. Rédigez des textes marketing pour les campagnes, les réseaux sociaux, les e-mails, les sites Web ou les brochures si nécessaire.
3. Diriger des campagnes de marketing numérique et par e-mail : superviser la planification, la création et l'exécution de campagnes de marketing numérique, en mettant l'accent sur les stratégies de marketing par e-mail. 4. Gestion des parties prenantes : coordonner avec les parties prenantes internes, les partenaires externes, le service juridique, les relecteurs et autres pour garantir que tous les livrables répondent aux normes de qualité et sont terminés dans les délais.
5. Gestion des supports et des emballages : gérez l'impression et l'inventaire des supports, en veillant à ce que tous les supports soient produits conformément aux spécifications de la marque et livrés à temps.

- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (par exemple, Monday.com, Asana, Trello)
- Expérience dans la création, la gestion et l'optimisation de campagnes par e-mail - Expérience avec HubSpot Marketing Hub préférée
- Expérience avérée en rédaction, avec la capacité de créer des textes convaincants.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en organisation et en leadership.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et collaborative dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Penseur créatif avec un sens aigu du détail et une passion pour la réalisation d'un travail de haute qualité.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing & Creative Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing marketing campaigns, creative projects, and brand initiatives. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and project management expertise. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and creative execution, ensuring smooth coordination between different teams and the timely delivery of campaigns.
1. Project Planning and Coordination: Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and creative projects, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.
2. Creative Briefs & Copy: Develop detailed creative briefs to ensure the creative team understands each project's scope, goals, and expectations. Draft marketing copy for campaigns, social media, emails, websites, or brochures when needed.
3. Lead Digital and Email Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing strategies. Draft or review email copy, ensuring subject lines, preview text, and calls-to-action are compelling and aligned with marketing objectives. 4. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, legal department, proofreaders, and others to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule.
5. Collateral & Packaging Management: Manage collateral printing and inventory, ensuring all materials are produced to brand specifications and delivered on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 3-5 years of experience
Competencies :
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello)
- Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns – Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub preferred
- Proven copywriting experience, with the ability to craft compelling copy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
