 The RoleThe Marketing Events Lead has a passion for creating and executing marketing events that drive awareness and generate qualified leads.

How You Will Make an Impact:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Point of contact for all event logistics including sponsorship and contract negotiations, post-show analysis, booth design, staffing and scheduling, budget tracking, at-show deliverables, etc.
• Manages multiple events to meet deadlines on-time and on-budget
• Manage multiple projects and work assignments.
• Presents Innovapptive thought leaders for speaking in-person or online (live or podcast).
• Creates web and social media content, presentation content development, and email strategies for attendee recruitment/retention
• 25% travel to trade shows, roadshows, and regional events for logistical support with potential for international travel.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience successfully working in a marketing events role with at least 1 year of experience in industrial trade shows is required.
• Familiar with modern digital marketing tools including HubSpot and Salesforce
• Verifiable experience managing small and large events from beginning to end, from intimate VIP executive events to multifaceted industry trade shows and conferences.
• Exhibits prior and current technical expertise in ​mobile technology and the ability to learn new technology
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts
• Energetic and enthusiastic team player, receptive to working collaboratively to develop processes where none may exist
