Team Introduction
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to join our Global Business Marketing team. This position is based in Sao Paulo and reports to PMO LATAM for Global Business Marketing.
The Marketing Operation team is focused on ensuring Global Business Marketing is a well-run business and organization, empowering the team to deliver on its goals and stay connected with its partners. We act as strategic thinkers, business partners, connectors and operators.

The team's key deliverables include:
- Operational excellence for the Global Business Marketing team
- Strong strategic partnership with leadership, sub-teams, XFN partners and regional teams
- Support leadership on special projects and support complex, cross-team projects
- Robust onboarding process and program

Responsibilities
- Support the overall operations for Business Marketing.
- Support with new systems, tools and processes to help teams operations and create efficiencies and transparency in budget tracking, cross-functional alignment, communications and other team processes.
- Deliver ongoing team reports such as marketing budgeting and expenses and team building budgets.
- Facilitate partnership between team and regional and cross-functional partners.
- Participate in meetings, support in follow up communications, report on next steps.
- Support in LATAM marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Currently enrolled in Business Management, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
- Excel.
- Candidates must be able to commit to the following start date: January 6 2025.

Preferred Qualifications
- Written and verbal Spanish communication ability is a plus.
