Responsibilities:

Brand Management

• Develop brand strategies to optimize the business, including brand plan and its LRF, and lifecycle management.
• Lead brand growth initiatives, including executing brand strategies, managing compliance review, leading development of the campaign and selecting best fitting moduels for the market , developing POA and execution and supporting to train field force on product positioning and prioritization, supporting on tracking progress towards target
• Input to the country OP plan
• Interface with global team to gain support
• Prepare report for BU level internal communication

• Be responsible for brand budget planning and control on strategic level and activity level
• Input to allocate and manage in the brand budget, sales target and P&L

• Bachelor degree in Medical or Medicine, Master degree and MBA preferred
• Proficient oral and written English
• >=3 years marketing experience and >=8 yrs industry experience
