Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Own all Mendix marketing efforts for partners in the global ISV program, effectively driving demand gen and pipeline progression for the partner and their solution, as well as strengthening the value propositions of the Mendix ISV program to recruit more partners.
- Understand partner types and individual partner goals to support their GTM strategy.
- Proactively drive Mendix marketing contributions, build co-marketing plans with Strategic ISV partners, and identify opportunities for ISV partners to get involved in broader Mendix marketing initiatives.
- End to end ownership of marketing relationship and deliverables with ISV partners.
- Drive partner enablement and marketing support through activities like building a presence on marketplaces, internal/external partner newsletters, social posts on employee advocacy tools, and enablement sessions between partner and internal teams.
- Ensure flawless execution of Mendix participation in partner events or partner participation in Mendix/Siemens events.
- Work closely with the campaigns team to deliver and promote assets to support partner presence in Mendix material and Mendix messaging in partner GTM.
- Work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders on asset creation, campaign execution, and quarterly marketing plans.Â
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in B2B technology marketing with experience in partner marketing or management.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment going from ideation to execution.
- Success working across geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to travel globally when required to support partner marketing events and in-person meetings.
- Must be self-motivated and results-driven, must have a strong sense of ownership.
- Able to understand different industries, business models, and challenges at a high level. Able to understand oversea markets and cultural sensitivities.
- Asana and Sprinklr experience strongly preferred. Salesforce, Marketo, Jeto, Jira experience preferred. Experience working in agile methodologies preferred. Event marketing experience preferred.Â
