How you'll make an impact 

As a Marketing Operation Associate II at SonderMind, you will provide key support in executing and refining targeted campaigns that drive the engagement and retention of our providers. A core part of your role will be implementing and optimizing messaging programs in our marketing platforms to execute on our provider lifecycle marketing strategy. You will focus on tasks such as template creation, database segmentation, and reporting. Experience with Iterable is strongly preferred, but similar experience with tools like Hubspot, Braze, and Customer.io will be considered. Experience with Salesforce CRM is also required. The ideal candidate will also have a keen eye for detail and strong proofreading skills. While you won't be writing most content, you will be collaborating with the content and design teams to distribute and measure nurture programs accordingly.

Reporting directly to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that we are reaching our provider audiences at the right times, with the right messages, and on the right channel. Your work will directly contribute to the company's mission of expanding access to mental health care and improving overall outcomes for our clients.

What you'll do 
  • Provide day-to-day support for our primary marketing platforms (Iterable, Courier,  Salesforce) by building and sending messages and managing database segmentation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of nurture workflows targeted at different stages of the provider’s journey delivering care with SonderMind.
  • Support multi-variant testing on campaigns to improve provider engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with our Provider Support and Sales teams to ensure optimal funnel health.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams, such as product and engineering, to ensure seamless integration of marketing communications.

  • Contribute to the development of visually appealing and creative campaigns that drive provider retention and engagement in collaboration with design and content teams.
  • Monitor provider feedback from campaigns to continuously improve the experience and our marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email and lifecycle marketing.
 What you'll bring with youRequired Experience 
  • 3-4 years of experience in  marketing operations, or a related role
  • Experience using Iterable, or comparable platform (Hubspot, Braze, Customer.io, or similar)
  • 1-2+ years experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate various tasks and communicate to various stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking abilities
Preferred Experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred  
  • HTML/CSS skills for email design and customization

Our Benefits 

The anticipated salary range for this role is $72,000 -$85,000. This role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan.  Actual title and compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
