Cabinetworks Group is seeking a dynamic, detail oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our Kraftmaid brand.
This person will work onsite at our Livonia, MI Corporate HQ from Monday-Thursday and will be able to work remotely on Fridays.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing communications and projects for assigned national cabinetry brands and their related product lines.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with Brand Manager to execute overall vision and strategy for the total brand experience

Help implement the integrated marketing plan, in conjunction with Sales and Channel Marketing, to deliver total brand value proposition

Assist in the management of social media (customer and consumer facing) communication strategy
-
Coordinate development and execution of marketing communication materials to drive designer loyalty and consumer preference
-
Support product launches by assisting in commercialization planning, coordinating marketing material development, monitoring project management and tracking plan implementation

Monitor inventory of marketing collateral, working with print vendor to replenish materials as necessary and ensure that items are in stock
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
-
1+ years marketing communications experience
-
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-
Experience working in collaboration with internal resources to build positive partnerships with cross-functional teams
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-
Marketing content development, editing and proofreading experience
-
Passion for storytelling and brand development
-
Ability to travel up to 10%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
-
3+ years marketing communications experience
-
Experience in building industry
-
Familiarity with the cabinet industry and product
ShiftFull or Part TimeFull time
