We are seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team and contribute to our growth and member success. This role is crucial in maintaining and expanding our marketing automation efforts and MarTech, powering growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Role:

  • Engage in the complete cycle of building, testing, and establishing automated Workflows within HubSpot.
  • Focus on the loading, quality assurance, and deployment of targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Carry out thorough A/B tests across various marketing channels such as lists, emails, landing pages, SMS, and more to ensure optimization.
  • Provide continuous support for the maintenance, updates, and fine-tuning of Workflows, contributing to an effective inbound marketing approach.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on MarTech platforms to ensure seamless functioning.
  • Assist in crucial data-related tasks, including list importation, cleansing, and overall integrity.
  • Actively support Search Engine Optimization efforts by managing ticket submissions, tracking, and other related activities.
  • Closely monitor KPIs, providing insightful analyses that drive continuous optimization and improvement.
  • Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and evaluate web analytics, identifying promising areas of opportunity within marketing funnels.
  • Facilitate NPS Score reporting and insights to help shape the future of the business and our products.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, psychology, mathematics, communication or related fields
  • Must work well in a team environment, be driven and passionate, and have a solution-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable working with and learning about technology platforms like: Salesforce, Microsoft BI, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics & HubSpot
  • Eye for using automation and AI to streamline execution processes and make work more efficient, allowing for quicker scale

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Previous MarTech experience
  • Existing knowledge of website content & design and email software
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
  • Previous SEO experience
  • Google Tag Manager experience
