Job Description

As a Masterdata Management Lead, you will guarantee the management and traceability of masterdata across group tools, ensuring their consistency and standardization, as well as implement and maintain masterdata business processes.

Daily / Run activities:

- Create, update and delete Masterdata in all group information System;

- Check if all Group IS tool is up to date (Global Consistency of Master Data);

- Maintain Masterdata templates and documentation.

Project & Business Transformation:

- All mass uploads of master data are controlled by MD Team and validation is shared with function or BU (compliance and consistency checks in liaison with the Function / BU);

- Strong Contribution to all projects that involve creating, merging or splitting up entities;

- The Master Data department is responsible for master data compliance and Group data upload rules.

Animation of Masterdata processes:

- Maintenance of Master data creation request workflows which have been designed;

- Qualifying (specifying, understanding and analysing) requests from BUs.

Qualifications

- Technical Training or Degree in a relevant area;

- Know how in Masterdata Processes and ERP Implementation is mandatory;

- Business experience with SAGE X3 is a plus;

- Fluency in English is mandatory. Good level of French is a plus;

- Multitasking, attention to detail and rigor;

- Reliability, professionalism, ability to work under pressure;

- Communication.
