About the Team
The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.

In this role, you will partner with our Measurement Managers to smoothen the operation. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, product measurement, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Measurement Team across the AMA region (APAC, Middle East and Africa). Understand measurement objectives, Marketing Science business and our key deliverables.
- Management of our core research agencies and measurement partner organisations.
- Cross Function Partner management - Build relationships with the key XFNs. Joint tracking of Measurement Programs, meta analysis coordination including setting up peer review committees.
- Case study coordination: Work with core XFNs for developing case studies, updating case study libraries. Get approvals from PR, Legal, Privacy and other concerned departments for publishing case studies
- Knowledge management: Maintenance and regular updation of project comms docs alongwith Measurement Managers and Regional Heads, Archiving and indexing of reports and maintaining of claims library
- CRM Management on the measurement touched accounts. Making regular updates into TikTok's CRM system and ensuring all the correct tags and reporting are in place.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in measurement suppliers/platforms, digital marketing/advertising agencies, global research firms, or complex marketing data-driven organizations.
- Fluency in English, with business-level proficiency
- Proven experience in setting up and managing large datasets, delivering analytical insights to management or clients for informed marketing decision-making, and adept at managing cross-functional communications and various stakeholders.
- Proven experience organizing and aligning multiple teams and departments and working with Senior Leadership
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
- Extremely organized, versatile, and dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives across teams and regions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) with either R or Python, as well as SQL.
- Interest in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience in digital brand/performance marketing
- Understanding of international business and culture is a plus
- A team player and collaborator, strong relationship-building and leadership skills
- Passion for TikTok, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up
- Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment
