About the Role

As our Line Engineer, you'll play a vital role in keeping our Bali plant running smoothly and safely, efficient, and reliable operation of our mechanical equipment. You will be responsible for maintenance planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives, while also supporting new project launches.
  • This role has critical responsible to ensure Health, Safety, Quality and Environment in the workplace are safe for workers and other people.
  • Assist in the launch of new projects within the mechanical activities include project management, allocation of resources, documentation controls and development of new technology processes.
  • Assist Production in troubleshooting manufacturing operations focus on mechanical issue.
  • Provide maintenance and continuous improvement skills to deliver and improve on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and asset care.
    • Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake standard and complex production tasks safely and in accordance with instructions.
    • Ensure Work planning and scheduling key performance indicators are managed and communicated, and improvement actions agreed.
    • Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
    • Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
    • Maintain accurate daily utility records so that manufacturing Energy performance can be analyzed.
  • Work with facilities suppliers and specialist contractors to drive faster problem solving and greater plant availability.


Accountable:
  • Maintain a safe and organized workplace environment through adherence to the Safety and 5S
  • Repair and Maintenance process for all machine equipment and also as coach operators to perform autonomous maintenance tasks and Asset care.
  • Support capital work for mechanical, including installation, commissioning and testing within area as required. Responsible for feeding into early equipment management
  • Make full use of SAP - SAP reporting & recording completion
  • Participate in line improvement projects, a skills & experience allow
  • Take responsibility budget for maintenance mechanical equipment and ensure most cost-effective solutions are executed.
  • Engage with the Daily Operational Review meetings as required to raise, discuss, and follow up on persistent performance issues to root cause problem solving and effective control

Qualification & Job Requirement:
  • Knowledge and experience in mechanical equipment (Pump, Hydraulic, Gearbox, Agitator, Moving Part Machine, Piping and Plumbing) or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn.
  • Engineering Vocational School, Diploma or Experience qualified, preferably engineering (Mechanical Engineer), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Responds to change in a positive and flexible manner
  • Ability to work in a team and be an effective team member, good communication skills
  • PREFERABLE:

S1 Mechanical Engineering

Computer literate

Have experience to use SAP system

Have experience to Safety.

Able to work within different cultures, religions, and languages.
