Job Description

What will you work on?

• Responsible for the European and Asian manufacturing sites of the AAT product lines for mechanical components and assemblies. Support of manufacturing sites in case of technical problems
• Independently coordination of reviewing, processing, and related recordkeeping of engineering change requests/orders (ECR/ECO), BOM updates and drawing change requests using Solidworks.
• Collaboration with mechanical/electronic development teams on value engineering projects as well as compliance on safety-related issues (CAPA, QDB, VE projects, etc.)
• Evaluation of First Article Inspection Report (FAIR)
• Drives continuous supplier management improvement with procedures, processes, policies and quality assurance methodologies such as: new material qualification, end of life materials/components, product development process, supplier requests for material changes and sustaining engineering
• Organization and supervision of the transition of new products from development into series production.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field is preferred. Equivalent education and experience can be substituted.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar function
• Experience in using one of the common 3D CAD systems (ideally Solid Works + DB Works)
• Knowledge in analytical instrumentation is an advantage
• Advanced English knowledge (daily use)
• Strong communication and good social skills with all levels
• Curious, reliable, independent, and collaborative working style
• Innovative, creative, and effective teammate
