Merchandising Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dedicated team.
In this rolein the merchandising area, you will work closely with the Business counterparts, Local and Regional IT departments and several software vendors to provide solutions based on Business needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse, define and document detailed requirements to support project and business objectives focused on the Master Data, Pricing , Promotions and Assortment functions
• Create corresponding functional/technical requirement documents from business requirements
• Assist users in functional acceptance testing and assist the release updates of new or existing applications to support project implementation
• Participate in the design and execution of implementation/configuration of the retail and merchandising solution
• Coordinate the affected internal business and technical teams for the finalization of the requirements
• Serve as the subject matter expert supporting and administrating within the functional areas of his/her responsibility during the project and also after the post implementation
• Provide functional/technical support in order to make sure that the systems are working effectively and efficiently
• Lead and organize training sessions for the end users to assist change management in collaboration with the Regional IT

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Background in business process improvement
• Proficiency in data analysis and requirements documentation
• Skills in implementing and configuring software solutions in retail or merchandising
• Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Understanding of Master Data Management, ERP systems, and CRM platforms
• Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
