Introduction
In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product aligning it with company goals and customer needs. Regularly assess market trends and competitor strategies to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative but as well to be compliant with Bank regulators according banks representation office.

  • Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing features and tasks to align with business objectives and customer feedback.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering design marketing sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless product development process. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • User Experience and Feedback: Focus on delivering an exceptional user experience. Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance using key metrics adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Office 365 in a business environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience in working in the banking industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Swiss nationality or valid permit / Eu nationality
  • Swiss residency is a must


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Knowledge of market trend analysis and competitive strategy assessment.
  • Skills in DevOps automation or cloud security would be a plus.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making using performance analytics.
