Microsoft D365 CRM Business Analyst

Job description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead requirements workshops, analyze customer business, process models, identify issues & propose process-maps
• Basic knowledge of D365 CE offerings - D365 CE Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, etc.

Required Skills:

• 8-10 years of CRM functional experience with at least two end-to-end D365 CE Sales implementation experience
• Should possess excellent D365 CE Sales application knowledge and Microsoft ecosystem with experience as functional consultant in multiple D365 functional areas- Sales (mandatory) and additionally to Customer Service & Marketing
• Latest D365 CE latest certifications required (MB-210, PL-200)
