HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

North Highland is looking to hire a Module Team Lead to Oversee the Testing Activities for a MEST Module.

YOU WILL:

• Provides leadership in leading and overseeing the testing activities for a MEST module.
• Aids in test planning, test execution oversight and defect management.
• Ensure that vendor understands and adheres to TCOE standards.
• Oversight of performance and security testing.
• Performs vendor management. Ensures that module test and implements align with stakeholder goals.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.
• Strong Agile environment experience.
• Strong MEST Module experience.
• Strong Familiarity with Automation and Manual Testing.
• Needs experience leading the execution of a developed strategy / implementation of process(es).
• Needs to be able to apply testing approaches to various development methods - Waterfall, Agile.
• Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
• An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Applicable College Degree; Related Certifications are a Plus.
