As one of our talented multi-branded Estée Lauder Companies Beauty Advisors, you will consistently exceed customer expectations within all our luxury brands. You will work in a rotating way for all our amazing brands in a specific region. Extraordinary customer service skills, high level of flexibility, extensive beauty care expertise and strong commitment to achieving all retail sales targets, are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail experience (preferably within beauty)
• Extensive beauty care expertise - a background as an esthetician and/or makeup artist is required
• Service expertise in a luxury/specialty environment: ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a very flexible way (included last minute assignments) and to rotate over different locations for different brands
• Languages: Dutch, English
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
