Job Description

Job Description

We are a B2B technology innovation leader pioneering the future where networks meet cloud. At Nokia you will have a positive impact on people's lives and help build the capabilities needed for a more productive, sustainable, and accessible world.

Be part of a culture built on an inclusive way of working where we are open to your ideas, you are empowered to take risks and are encouraged to be fearless in bringing your authentic self to work.

As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers, and disruptors pushes the limits from impossible to possible.

Focused on the rapid growth of Campus Private Wireless portfolio on an end-to-end basis, Enterprise Campus Edge is designed to enable this fast-growing business to operate more like a start-up with strategic solid alignment, vertical solutions, and focused market pursuit.

Responsibilities

As a Leader of the Partner Enterprise Campus Edge Sales (ECE) team in North America (NAM), you will be responsible for building and maintaining alliances with strategic partners, developing and aligning the overall team and their partner sales strategies and providing direction and drive to generate significant multi-million Dollar Partner sales in the Enterprise market.

To be clear - your role will be crucial in driving our growth.

Success will be measured upon achievement of annual Sales Targets and acceleration of order intake and revenues, pipeline management, deal/win conversion, customer satisfaction, organizational health, and people leadership capabilities.

  • Lead a team of experienced Partner Sales Managers in NAM
  • A set of key performance metrics relating to the performance of our Partner business in NAM target
  • Support the driving and scaling of growth of specific Partners and Distributors within the ECE Partner team.
  • Organize sales and presales teams to lead Partner opportunities and bids.
  • Lead the team to develop global account strategies and GTM models to scale your Partner(s)
  • Lead the onboarding process internally in a rapid fashion, utilizing Nokia partner operations
  • Drive Enablement plans to make our Partners & Distributors more integrated and self-sufficient in their sales, design, delivery, and care processes, using the broader Partner Success team and other resources within ECE.
  • Drive the development of regional and executive relationships with our Partner(s) / Distributors, creating affinity, both internally and externally, to achieve NAM goals
  • Work with Marketing stakeholders to develop compelling marketing campaigns to generate awareness and leads for our Partners. Co-develop these with the Partner and your Marketing colleagues, establishing Marketing strategies that invest CooP funds and achieve a significant return on investment.
  • Provide a regular cadence of high-quality KPI reporting.
  • Establish and drive Partner Governance and Partner Executive Contact strategies.
  • Understand and in-act strategies across your team to address competitor actions that could dilute our strategy and success.
  • Have a strong understanding of our proposition - in segments, technology, business outcomes, and value to our customers and Nokia. This means you will have to be willing to extend your learning into that of our solutions (apps, devices, and networks) and be crystal clear on how we remain differentiated from the solutions of our competitors.
  • You will also be clear, in fact, the ambassador of the value of our proposition, establishing and holding the Nokia value to our Partners.
  • Ensure compliance with any associated regulations, privacy, confidentiality, and be the embodiment of professionalism as you work closely with Partners and Nokia personnel to drive our business, never crossing ethical boundaries and being sure to work within the described Modes of Operation and methods within Nokia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience required. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of technology Partner / Distributor GTM experience
  • Demonstrable Leadership experience in NAM
  • Detailed understanding of Enterprise markets for Connectivity, 5G, and other solutions.
  • Experience in Direct Sales
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to evangelize internally and with the market.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with the business model, success criteria, competitive dimensions, and differentiation of our Partners

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Previous experience with our key Partners - either working for them or working with them in previous roles.
