All about the role:

Reporting to Italy National Account Manager Online, you will oversee managing the relationship with customer Amazon at national level. You will be responsible for organizing, planning and implementing the commercial strategy for this crucial customer, coordinating other functions to achieve results and meet KPIs.

In detail, you will:

  • Plan Annual Customer Business Plan
  • Plan of quarterly and monthly commercial activities driving the mix
    for the main online customer
  • Sales forecasting and customer’s stock monitoring
  • Lead sales negotiation and sell-out activities in accordance with
    company’s strategy to gain market share in the online market
  • Analysis of promotional performances, definition of priorities, novelties
    launch plan
  • Manage the customer budget (rebate/funding) in line with the
    company budget
  • Relationship management with external and internal stakeholders.
    Strong collaboration with the Digital Team to have the right
    focus on content and advertising campaigns

Requirements:

  • Academic education
  • Solid experience in online channel sales (preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances markets).
  • Previous experience in managing customer Amazon will be considered as a plus.
  • Good knowledge of digital instruments and tools with clear sell-out improvement focus.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated, driven by ambition and determination
