About the role: 

As a NetSuite Developer at BeyondID, you will be responsible for implementing and managing customizations within NetSuite platforms. You will extend and maintain these systems to support core business processes. Your role will involve creating and optimizing workflows, scripts, and reports in NetSuite, while also enhancing project management and resource planning in OpenAir. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensure seamless data integration, and optimize overall system performance. 

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary developer for customizing NetSuite through scripting and configuration. 

• Automate key business processes and integrate NetSuite with third-party applications. 

• Manage, maintain, and enhance integrations between NetSuite and other business systems via SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and other APIs. 

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop scalable solutions, enhance functionality, and resolve system issues. 

• Customize NetSuite forms, fields, records, and PDF templates to meet evolving business needs. 

• Design and implement custom scripts, workflows, and automations within NetSuite.

• Develop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards using SuiteAnalytics. 

• Establish and maintain ODATA connections with NetSuite. 

• Provide insights and analytics to support informed decision-making. 

• Ensure accurate configuration of business and functional requirements with NetSuite.

• Stay informed of new features and updates in NetSuite, and recommend improvements to existing processes. 

• Provide prompt technical support for NetSuite users, resolving issues and ensuring system stability. 

• Enforce change control between environments and for vendor product release schedules. 

• Govern data management and drive best practices for advanced business intelligence within NetSuite. 

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance business processes focused on NetSuite. 

• Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions while balancing technical knowledge with business acumen.  

• Determine the most feasible technical solutions for identified problems and opportunities. 

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite, particularly in system integrations. 

• Experience with multi-entity environments is preferred. 

• Proven expertise in implementing and integrating applications with NetSuite, leveraging APIs for external reporting and data warehousing. 

• 3+ years of experience working with common business workflows 

• Experience in supporting mid-level to enterprise applications for pre- and post-implementation support. 

• Strong experience with SuiteCloud development, including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk for customizations. 

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Postgres SQL and relational database architecture. 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.  

• NetSuite Suite Developer Certification preferred or equivalent experience. 

• Expertise in HTML, SQL, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Eclipse (IDE for NetSuite), GitHub. 

• Development experience with Java, C#, and VB.Net. 

• Experience in developing and consuming Web Services (SOAP, XML, RESTful). 
• Experience in drafting custom reports via API/ODBC. 
• Experience with OpenAir is a plus.
